AMG was contracted to demolish the 45 foot high steel standing structure with concrete tilt-up walls grossing 450,000 square feet. AMG crushed 10,000 tons of concrete on site and fulfilled a salvaging and recycling rate of 90% ahead of schedule and on budget with zero injuries. The new construction will make way for SONY led by Level 10 Construction.
