AMG was contracted to turn-key the abatement, demolition, and mass excavation to make way for the 25-story high rise in Little Italy, San Diego. Work began on the abatement and demolition of two structures; one a 1-story and the other a 42′ high steel structure. After each structure was safely demolished and removed, AMG began the mass excavation of 45K CY reaching a final depth of 56′ below street grade.
