International Legacy Center
AMG was contracted to turn-key the asbestos & lead remediation and building demolition for the new Legacy Center in Mission Valley. The project is a 12-acre site that includes over fifteen 2-story building structures surrounded by concrete flatwork, 130,000 SF of asphalt pavement, and numerous 65′ high palm trees and vegetation. To meet the fast pace schedule AMG mobilized over 10 large size excavators, multiple smaller skidsteers, mini-excavators, and other pieces of equipment to ultimately finish ahead of schedule. All vegetation and trees were 100% recycled into mulch as wall as 3,500 CY of asphalt and concrete material crushed and re-used onsite for earthwork operations.
Abatement and demolition of 15+ building structures ranging in one to four stories tall totaling 110,000 SF. Clearing and grubbing of existing 12 Acre site of concrete hardscape, asphalt pavement, trees, landscaping. Crushing all asphalt and concrete for future re-use in Earthwork operations.
